  Historical data reflect that most of epidemic\naround the world is a consequences of lack of sanitary conditions with the easy\ndissemination and transporting of the pathogens.  The animals and human can be good vehicles of\ntransportation of diseases, some examples bubonic plague was transmitted by rats\nor dengue disease by mosquito, and Wuhan city in China gathered all conditions\nto appear epidemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  This city located in the middle of China,\nancient times since was transit among different population centers, ethnic\ngroups for commercial purpose and something else.  Nevertheless, it is known that on the\nbeginning of 21 century Chinese government decided to move the metallurgy\nsector from Shanghai to center of China, it was a part of the project of the authorities\nto develop the country and making balance among different zone, because the economical\ndevelop in China started from east to inner, all these aspect is part of\nChinese National Plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  The peaceful human migration can be\nindividual or collective, in China case of the internal migration is a\nconsequence of the fast economic develop of east, and the lowest of the west\nand in general the rest of the country. Too much people move in China due to\nget better income to maintain their families, these people are about 200\nhundreds million migrant workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  So, the last ten years Wuhan has experienced\nexcellent economic growth, a lot of companies moved over, also from government\nside is making enormous effort with the infrastructure investment such as\nsubway, rails to the new magnetic train system, highway, malls centers, and so\non.  As a consequence, the migration from\ndifferent parts of China, and also from different countries to settle business\nwere a lot.  This city is having the same\nsituation of the east China many years ago. \nHowever, migration without control could be a big problem when the\namount of people living together is huge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Then, the conditions to arise the epidemic\nwas on the table, before Chinese new year the population use to return their\nhometown for the family reunion.  Most of\nthe trains have to pass through Wuhan, it does not matter from which part of\nChina is coming from, every migrant worker has passed it through Wuhan, because\nof the location of this city.  This is\nthe largest migration in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  In my thinking, the Chinese authorities could\ntake some decision in the middle of autumn of 2019, there is a lot of\nmonitoring device to check a possible situation. For example, Wuhan city like\nevery capital province in China has camera technology system, and too much data\nto prevent some events.  But, we can\ncheck the BBC world news February 4, a Chinese medical doctor in Wuhan died due\nof Corona virus, he was infected on the end of December, he talked to his\nfriends about the virus in local social media, and he was obligate to retract\nof his words by the authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0 Finally, managing this kind of situation is not easy for Chinese government, and we know they want to overcome it.\u00a0 We hope they make good agreement with World Health Organization, and then find out the vaccine as soon as possible for the goodness of the world.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
